ETFE layers

On the front side of the module, two overlapping ETFE layers provide solid protection for the internal cells and ensure high light yield over many years. Thanks to a new structure of the outermost layer, slip resistance has been significantly improved and the module can be walked on without any problems. In the long term, higher yields are achieved due to better light transmission and significantly less clouding of the transparent ETFE front layers compared to conventional solar modules with different front coatings. The solid ETFE front offers strong protection against hail and makes the module absolutely resistant to salt water. The integrated AL backsheet virtually eliminates the risk of cell cracks caused by improper handling or installation. The series is equipped with the best solar cells, which offer a high cell efficiency of 22.3 percent.

ETFE layers

11 busbar technology

Power management is handled by 11 busbars. With this advanced technology, power is managed via eleven electrical conductors (busbars). This enables reliable throughput even at high currents, while minimizing heat loss at the same time. The efficient distribution of electricity ensures solid performance of the solar modules, leading to improved overall efficiency and higher yields.
