Use of FLINkite⁺ – Flying solar modules
Ideal for temporary, flexible solar applications, e.g. when sailing, camping, or when fixed mounting surfaces are missing.
Advantages of FLINkite⁺ – Flying solar modules
The handy FLINkiteᐩ can be used flexibly, is quick to set up, and delivers impressive daily yields. The square solar modules are deployed using a drop (e.g., spinnaker drop) and held in position by the system's center line. The guide lines come together in a clamp, which is hooked into the railing using carabiners. The solar panels can be aligned on two axes via the guide lines, so they always face the direction of the sun. The bifacial solar modules also use their rear side to generate energy: thanks to the light reflected from the water and captured through the back of the transparent solar modules, the FLINkiteᐩ can generate even more energy. When the solar system is not needed, it can be stored in the small FLINbag. One module has a power output of 50W+.
