The DP System – Double Steerable is a dynamic positioning system for boats: Activated via GPS, it automatically maintains course and position. Heading and position can be easily adjusted using a joystick or steering wheel. The system is flexibly configurable, e.g. with two steerable PODs, PODs plus bow thruster, or a combination of a steerable POD and bow thruster.
