Application of Victron Energy Deep Cycle Batteries

The batteries have an excellent recovery after prolonged deep discharge.
Deep discharge up to 80% possible. Absolute top value in the industry. With this even 300 cycles are possible. At 60% DoD even 700 cycles and at 40% rather 1,000 cycles.
Frequent or prolonged deep discharges may cause irreversible damage to the battery. In any case, observe the safety instructions
The AGM batteries tolerate high charge and discharge rates. The reason for this is a low internal resistance.
We recommend the Deep Cycle batteries for frequent discharge of 60-80%.

Comfort of Deep Cycle batteries from Victron

The batteries can be stored for up to one year without being charged in between.
Even smaller and lighter! The batteries are thanks to the chemical composition.
Low self-discharge rate at less than 2% per month and 20°C. The higher the temperature, the higher the discharge.

VLRA = Valve Regulated Lead Acid. The batteries release any gas produced in the event of overcharging or cell failure via a valve.
