Safe G102-100 LiFePO4 Battery

Housing and plug connections are waterproof according to IP 67.
Fire resistant thanks to a special honeycomb structure and a safety distance between the cells.
Very high battery life thanks to multiple protection mechanisms in the BMS.
The extruded anodized aluminum housing is very strong and provides good heat conduction and perfect protection. Several batteries can be mounted on top of each other.
In addition to the G102-100, there is also the new G102-230 with different dimensions. This can be particularly advantageous for sports boats.
With the 96 V LiFePO4 battery, the issue of safety has a high priority.The installation must therefore be carried out by an electrician.

The lithium-ion batteries are specifically designed for the I-Series inboards and can be plug & play connected.
The assembly works simply and easily without tools by hand. The system must be approved and regularly maintained by a high-voltage electrician.

EPropulsion G102-100 - Technical features

The higher energy density of the lithium-ion battery is noticeable compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, and the number of charge cycles is also much higher.
The batteries can not be combined with drives from other manufacturers. We will be happy to advise you here on the optimal concept.
The task of the BMS is to control and monitor the G102 battery. The BMS protects the battery against overcurrent, overtemperature, overcharging, overvoltage or short circuit.
The new G series of LiFePo4 batteries has an excellent price-performance ratio. AGM batteries or . Gel batteries can absolutely not keep up for high-voltage applications.

A series connection is not possible. Parallel connection of up to 4 batteries is possible. A system with several clusters of 4 batteries each is possible.
