<p>Mercury Avator 20e Tiller</p>

With the battery options of the 3 kW electric motor from Mercury, you have full flexibility. It mainly depends on how heavy your boat is and at what speed you want to travel. Here are a few examples from reality with a lightweight GFK boat:

• At full load, the 2.3 kWh battery of the Mercury Avator 20e lasts just under an hour and the boat reaches a maximum speed of 12 km/h. The range was 10 km.

• At 1/2 power, you can enjoy the driving pleasure with the 20e and a battery for over 1.5 hours on the water at a cruising speed of 10 km/h and a range of 15 km.

• Those who love more leisurely tours on the water can go much further with less power. At 1/4 power, the battery lasts for around 3 hours and the motor reaches about 7 km/h. In total, this is a range of 21 km with just one battery charge.

If you are planning significantly longer tours on the water, you can also expand the battery later or order more than one battery directly. A maximum of 4 batteries with a total capacity of 9.2 kWh is possible. The installation is then carried out via the Avator Power Center.

If your outboard is equipped with a Mercury SmartCraft® Connect module, a wireless connection can be established to the app to activate additional features such as a GPS map, visualized range estimates, and much more. (worth it!)

The standard integrated GPS module shows you in real time the speed and estimated distance until the battery is "empty". Of course, other important information such as battery level, power consumption, warnings and remaining running time can also be seen.

The clear color display has 4 brightness levels and can be easily read in bright sunlight (highest level) or in the dark (lowest level). In the tiller version, the display is firmly integrated into the outboard and is already included in the delivery. For console boats, there are three optional displays: an adjustable pedestal display or an elegant, flush-mountable version for left or right

The Mercury 20e electric motor does not include a battery or charger. For the 2300 Wh battery, there is a 230 Watt charger with a charging time of around 10 hours - provided the battery is completely empty.

If you need faster charging times, you can switch to a faster 520 W charger. Then the charging time is only 4 hours. All you need to charge is a normal household socket. The charger has colored LED lights for the current status (error messages).
