Optimized propeller efficiency thanks to intensive development and research in the field of fluid dynamics.

The ePropulsion Saildrive 12 is equipped with a closed liquid cooling system. No water intake is required in the process, and the cooling works excellently even under harsh conditions.

The engine is almost maintenance-free. Only the anodes and lubrication points need to be checked annually.

Range of ePropulsion Saildrive 12 Saildrive
Travel time and range depend on the battery. In an example with an 8.5 m sailboat (total weight 3,000 kg) and a 10 kWh battery, we have the following measurements:
At 12 kW (full load), the ePropulsion Saildrive 12 runs for just under an hour at a speed of 12 km/h and achieves a range of 10 km.
At 6 kW (1/2 power), the enjoyment lasts for a 1.5-hour trip on the water at a cruising speed of 10 km/h and a range of 15 km.
At 3 kW power, the battery lasts for 3 hours of travel at 8 km/h. In total, up to 24 km is possible on a single battery charge. Those planning longer and more leisurely trips on the water can go significantly further with less power. Of course, more batteries can also be used.

The G102-100 battery is fully compatible with your 96V ePropulsion Saildrive 12 pod motor. The batteries are safe and reliable, and thanks to the higher voltage, more efficient. The LiFePO4 batteries have a high energy density with an extremely long lifespan.
The integrated ePropulsion Connectivity Service keeps you updated in real-time about the status of your boat and offers advanced monitoring, reporting, and trip tracking features.
The manufacturer ePropulsion
ePropulsion is an innovative manufacturer of electric drives with the goal of further advancing e-mobility in water sports. The idea was conceived in 2012 by four young engineers in Hong Kong.
With the aim of making environmentally friendly, clean, and quiet motors competitive, they have since designed numerous models.
