SeaDrive 20 Pod - high comfort

Low weight of 26 kg allows for easy installation. The pod itself weighs 19 kg, plus the mounting materials and the control unit. In total, all components weigh 45 kg.
The control can also be done via joystick. Multiple joysticks are also possible upon request. (Ideal for a second control station)

SeaDrive has a very smart and simple installation concept for each of the diverse applications of the SeaDrive Pods. We have a special installation partner who installs the pod motors within Germany and Austria. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a complete offer for the motor and also for the installation on your boat.

The manufacturer SeaDrive from Norway

SeaDrive from Norway is a manufacturer of electric pod motors in the premium segment. The motors are precisely tailored to the needs of the boat owner. SeaDrive has developed features from years of experience that are not available from most manufacturers.

By the way, the SeaDrive motors are suitable for installation in any type of boat: sailing boats, day cruisers, houseboats, Viking boats, cabin cruisers, and boats of all kinds for commercial shipping. The SeaDrive pods have also been awarded various design prizes due to their modern design and delicate construction.

SeaDrive control

The pod motors can also be controlled with a joystick upon request. The version with the rotatable pod can rotate 180°. Boats with SeaDrive pod motors can easily turn in place.

Even in narrow harbor facilities, a boat with a SeaDrive motor is easy to maneuver. Some owners have a SeaDrive motor that they use simultaneously as an auxiliary engine and as a bow thruster.

The controller features a standardized NMEA2000 interface. Thus, the motor data can also be combined with various displays.
